The basis of the Adobe XD Template customization

The Adobe XD Template has structures similar to any document consisting of layers and it makes template customization incredibly simple, so if you have ever opened Adobe Photoshop file, Sketch or Figma, it will not be difficult for you to figure it out.

Customization of any element consists of two steps – the Сhoice of Element / Layer and its change. To select a layer, you need to use the Layers Panel on the left side of the XD window, and for setting up the Properties Panel on the right side of the XD window.

You can learn more about the Adobe XD interface from The Adobe XD Users Guide section of the official documentation.

Each template contains at least one Artboard. Each Artboard contains Layers grouped by Page or Section.
