Theme activation is required to be able to update the Shelly theme and the Shelly Helper plugin in one click. Also, by using an authored version of the theme, you can be sure that you will not violate the license.
IMPORTANT
Envato license terms allow you to activate the theme on only one website. Buy multiple licenses if you need to activate the theme on multiple sites.
You should activate the theme after installing it and all the required plugins on your WordPress website. The theme is activated via your purchase code which you can get on the Downloads page in your profile on CodeCanyon. Learn more about how to get the code. Once you have got your purchase code go to Appearance>Theme Settings plugin settings and paste the code to the Activation tab.
Once clicking Save changes your code will be checked and saved in the plugin settings. On the side, you will see an inscription that your copy of the theme is activated.

After successful activation, you will get notifications of new updates on the theme list page and update it in one click.
