The Speakers post type in the Bookinger allows adding a headliner/
organizer/doctor/specialist or required person attached to the event.
To create a new speaker
Go to the Dashboard>Bookinger>Speakers and press Add New
Fill in the following fields:
Select a speaker avatar image from the media library or upload it from the URL.
A text field for entering the email of the current speaker.
A text field for entering the phone of the current speaker.
The section for adding social networks(name and link) for the current speaker. There can be added no more than three social networks.
A text field for entering additional information about the current speaker.
The option makes the speaker available for booking. This means that the current speaker will be displayed in the list of speakers in the booking form.
- Add working days and hours of the current speaker for which users can make a booking via the form. Press the “Add work day” button to put on all the available days and times in the speaker schedule.
- Appointment interval – specify the appointment interval to provide the correct schedule of available time. This option is required.
Attach a speaker to an event
To show any speaker information, you need to assign it to a specific event via Bookinger>Events>Event with speaker.
